* The Let’s Get Rolling promotion will conclude 3 calendar months after the month in which the 50,000th participant has qualified.
* Prizes will be awarded based on the number of fully qualified participants each participant has referred at time of conclusion.
* A qualified participant is an individual, business or origination that purchases by way of (auto-shipment a Zrii 4 pak or a Fridge Pak (their choice) for 90 days.
* A qualified participant can only be involved in one entity.
* Winners MUST be qualified participants themselves in order to be awarded prizes.
* A Qualifying Period is 90 days; participants may cancel at anytime after 90 days and still be eligible to win the $100,000 Black Mercedes. However to win High Roller prizes participants must be active with a qualifying auto-shipment at time of reward.
* Any returns or cancelations prior to fulfilling the qualifying period will not be counted for prizes.
* All Winners agree to the use of their name during and after the Let’s Get Rolling promotion without additional compensation or written consent.
* Only one High Roller prize will be reward per participant. Winners will be awarded the highest prize for which they qualified.
* All guarantees and warranties on products listed as prizes are offered by manufactures and supplier and will be offered by them and are not the responsibly of HMG or Zrii.
* The High Roller portion of the Let’s Get Rolling promotion will cap at $500,000 in rewarded prizes. If cap is reached prize will be awarded on a first earned, first rewarded basis, until $500,000 of commercial value of prizes have been rewarded.
* We reserve the right to alter or substitute prizes as circumstances and availability may require. If such a situation occurs all prize substitutions will be for items of similar commercial value.
